LIÇÕES APRENDIDAS BASEADAS EM MUDANÇAS EM PROJETOS E SEUS IMPACTOS NA APRENDIZAGEM ORGANIZACIONAL

Resumo


As organizações são cada vez mais desafiadas a buscar elevados padrões de desempenho para que possam continuar a existir e prosperar. É neste contexto que a capacidade de desenvolver projetos e de aprender por meio de métodos e práticas de aprendizagem organizacional se torna um requisito essencial, e o domínio da aprendizagem organizacional se apresenta como um fator indispensável. Muito pouco tem sido pesquisado a respeito da possibilidade de habilitação ou intensificação da aprendizagem organizacional a partir das mudanças que ocorrem nos projetos, pois as mudanças apresentam o potencial de gerar lições aprendidas. Após empreender métodos quantitativos como mapeamento cientométrico e modelagem de equações estruturais para pesquisar em que medida ocorre o aproveitamento das lições aprendidas baseadas em mudanças em projetos na aprendizagem organizacional, três hipóteses foram confirmadas e constatou-se que a coleta de lições aprendidas a partir das mudanças em projetos tornou-se prática frequente e muito adotada. Adicionalmente, uma quarta hipótese sobre o aproveitamento das lições aprendidas baseadas em mudanças na aprendizagem organizacional em Projetos não foi confirmada. A maioria dos 139 respondentes de 11 países é formada por gestores bem capacitados em gerenciamento de projetos, e com base no fraco desempenho da aprendizagem organizacional constatado, surgiram indícios da não adoção de modelos e práticas de aprendizagem organizacional ou da falha destes. No último capítulo, um conjunto de recomendações é apresentado por terem estatisticamente potencial de influenciar de forma positiva a aprendizagem organizacional, dentre elas a institucionalização de um novo papel para a Solicitação de Mudança do Projeto.
