Linked Enterprise Data for Competitive Intelligence Support

Resumo


Inteligência Competitiva é um processo que envolve recuperar informações de fontes apropriadas, extrair informações relevantes, analisar informações e agrupar tais informações de modo a oferecer um produto que responda às necessidades de inteligência de um decisor ou comunidade de decisores. Fontes de informação da Internet estão se tornando cada vez mais importantes neste processo, pois grande parte dos conteúdos disponíveis são gratuitos. Neste trabalho pretende-se responder a seguinte questão de pesquisa: Quais conceitos e tecnologias permitem a integração e compartilhamento de informações para suporte à gestão de portfólio além das fronteiras da organização? Para responder a esta questão, em primeiro lugar, a literatura será revisada possibilitando o desenho de arcabouço conceitual. Em seguida, algumas questões de competência serão definidas por meio de um grupo de foco em um objeto de estudo. Por último, uma ferramenta será construída, integrando conjuntos de dados internos e externos. Com base na revisão da literatura, é possível afirmar que as empresas atualmente aplicam tecnologias da Web Semântica para apoiar suas operações. Ao término deste trabalho, é esperado uma ferramenta capaz de responder perguntas de competência, combinando conjuntos de dados internos e externos. Este trabalho contribui para o processo de tomada de decisão, especialmente no contexto da gestão de portfólio de projetos. Este trabalho também contribui para a redução dos custos para obtenção de informações além das fronteiras da organização por meio de tecnologias da Web Semântica.
